November 3 is World Usability Day.  Events around the world will promote awareness of the benefits of usability engineering and user-centered design. As of early September, there are more than 70 events planned in 35 countries around the world.

In Toronto, we'll be discussing the special challenges faced by large organizations in entrenching the usability mindset and usability design processes across multiple departments.  Our guest panelists, Daniel Ponech and Paul Smith (see bios below), have had extensive experience working with large organizations and will share with us some suggestions and case studies from the real world.  Daniel and Paul will each make a brief presentation, after which we will have an open discussion with the audience.
